The information below describes the general process. The accepted quote and contract specify the terms for each service.
Service provider

Services provided
Website creation and redesign, local SEO, automation/CRM and operational AI governance. The services actually selected are specified in the proposal sent to the client.
Prices and quotes
Website prices are commercial indications. Before any commitment, the personalised quote specifies scope, deliverables, setup costs, any subscriptions and the applicable VAT treatment.
Delivery and follow-up
Project stages, anticipated timings, approvals, any maintenance and correction or change procedures are detailed in the accepted project agreement.
Responsibilities and rights
Deliverables, access, licences, rights to produced materials and each party’s responsibilities are defined in the project’s contractual documents. AI governance support is not specialist legal advice.
