Privacy
Clicom uses the information you choose to provide to handle your enquiries. This page describes the website’s functions.

Controller and contact
Saber marketing digital, Corseaux, Switzerland. Questions about your data: hello@clicom.ch.
Contact and quotes
The form emails your name, email address, requirements and optional information to Clicom. These data are used to understand and answer your enquiry and organise potential commercial follow-up. The website does not store a copy in a database.
AI assistant
If you use the assistant and the service is enabled, your messages are sent to an external AI provider to generate a response. Avoid sensitive or confidential information. The website does not save conversations in a database; the provider’s processing rules apply to transmitted messages.
The currently planned provider is Groq. Messages are sent only after you select “Send”. The browser keeps up to 12 messages in this tab; reloading clears this local history. The server does not save their content. Technical request counters are kept temporarily and are deleted on a later request once they are over two days old. Groq states that it does not retain messages by default, with exceptions including reliability and abuse monitoring, for up to 30 days unless legally required otherwise. Data retained by Groq is stored in the United States. Account retention settings must be checked before activation.
Analytics and preferences
Optional Umami analytics, when configured, loads only with your consent. Accept, decline or change your choice at any time through “Change cookie preferences” in the footer.
Third-party services and hosting
Hostinger hosts the website. Booking an appointment opens Calendly; WhatsApp contacts Clicom on a separate platform. Their use is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Your requests
For information on retention of correspondence, or to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, contact hello@clicom.ch. Requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.
